Hopleaf added a draft wine program in addition to its extensive bottled wine selection in 2012. While we still offer wines by the bottle, draft wines, including many from Free Flow Wines dominate our wine sales. We have 10 taps dedicated to draft wines. For summer, we have four reds, four whites and two rose' wines on offer in quarter, half and 750 ml carafes. Customers love them! We do too. Last glass tastes as good as the first. No waste. Excellent profit margins. Customer gets to choose how much they want. No bottles to throw away. We are selling more wine than ever. There have been no issues with quality or customer reticence with the format. LEARN MORE

The available selections continue to gain momentum, allowing us to have a larger selection while maintaining our commitment to higher standards in what we offer to our guests. We’ve come a long way from the world of utilizing retired half-barrel beer kegs! Many thanks! LEARN MORE

Unfortunately most wine bottles are colored glass, and recyclers want clear glass. It breaks my heart that glass ends up in landfills, and then there's the energy it takes to produce the bottles, corks, labels, the cardboard box the wine is shipped in...the beauty of wine in keg is that it gets used over and over. And it's a better product LEARN MORE

Wine from reusable stainless steel kegs is a great option for restaurants because it offers several benefits. One of the main advantages of kegged wine is that it helps preserve wine quality and freshness for a longer period of time. The sealed, inert environment of the keg minimizes oxidation, which can negatively affect the taste and aroma of the wine. This also eliminates the need for individual bottles, corks, and packaging materials, making it a more eco-friendly option. In addition to being sustainable, keg wine is also cost-efficient for guests, who can enjoy high-quality wine in a convenient and economical way. LEARN MORE

Wine Girl opened its first location in Scottsdale back in 2020 with our second coming in 2022 in Napa Valley. We offer a total of 28 taps across both locations and we absolutely love the ease of use and all of the saved waste bottles would create. Over the life of our company, we have used thousands of kegs. Our servers love it as well as it greatly helps the efficiency on our busy days! We highly recommend any account switching to some of their most popular line items to kegs. They won’t regret it!
