Wanderlust has 56 self-pour wine taps. It is the largest self-pour winery in the world! Sammy Lam, the brainchild behind Wanderlust, is opening a second self-pour winery so he can help reduce the carbon footprint of wine even further and bring twice the wine and twice the fun to his wine-loving fans!

Their cooler is set up specifically for wine to ensure the temperature is just right. They are all about sustainability and serve wines from Free Flow’s reusable steel kegs. Customers love their self-pour system where they can pay by the ounce and either make their own flight or leisurely sip on a glass of wine.

The COO of Del Del Frisco’s, Jason Miranda, is a staunch believer in the positive environmental impacts of reusable steel kegs. With the help of the Corporate Beverage Buyer, Erika Garretsen, and the VP of Wine & Spirits, Tylor Field, this dream team at Del Frisco’s took the leap and retrofitted three draft lines at each of the 18 Del Frisco’s locations to serve wine. With the forethought of reopening in the midst of business closures, Del Frisco’s implemented a new sustainable by-the-glass wine program that is wildly popular and zero-waste.
