MARKETING COORDINATOR

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will have your pulse on all happenings at Free Flow and help grow awareness of the Wine-on-Tap and Wine-in-Can categories. You will work closely with the Commercial team to manage all marketing needs from design development, to content generation and event management. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about what we do and can clearly communicate our key messaging both verbally and visually. The role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

This position is located in our Napa office and has no direct reports

Responsibilities:

  • Design & update all marketing collateral including, but not limited to brochures, educational materials, presentations and print advertising.
  • Develop written content for newsletters, press releases and various promotion materials.
  • Manage social media strategy, including content creation and scheduling
  • Coordinate quarterly newsletter including written & visual content development
  • Proactively engage with relevant media contact to grow coverage in relevant channels
  • Manage all websites via Word Press including design, copywriting and content updates
  • Manage business data analytics in partnership with other FFW teams to support ongoing trend reports and presentations
  • Coordinate annual KEGGY Awards (a virtual event)
  • Support public relations and media coordination
  • Manage & grow photo and video library
  • Manage email marketing campaigns & contact lists via Mail Chimp
  • Manage trade event coordination and participate when needed
  • Other miscellaneous projects that may arise

Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing skills required, from casual messaging to drafting formal press releases
  • Strong creative aesthetic & graphic design experience required
  • Project Management experience helpful
  • Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, Hootsuite, GoToMeeting & Google Apps proficiency essential
  • Working knowledge of WordPress & experience with basic website design helpful
  • Digital media management experience required
  • Reliable, honest, professional, energetic and a sense of humor
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Ability to multi-task and high attention to detail
  • Forward thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • A go-getter and team player who has the ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • 1-2 years related experience

Compensation:

Salary: Depends on Experience
Free Flow Wines offers a competitive compensation & benefit package
Hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Should be able to lift 60 lbs. on occasion
