Accounting Coordinator

Tap’d Division – South Napa

Primary Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Account Receivable Responsibilities

  • Issuing estimates, invoices, and credits
  • Customer account maintenance in NetSuite (you will be trained in NetSuite)
  • New customer set up in NetSuite
  • Communicate with vendors and resolve discrepancies
  • Bill coding and getting approvals for AP
  • Assisting with documenting and tracking Tap’d inventory
  • Credit Card processing (infrequent)
  • Assisting with accounts receivable tracking

Additional Administrative Responsibilities

  • Communicate and work with both the Tap’d and Finance Teams
  • Assist with verifying hours and mileage for Tap’d employees
  • Assist HR paperwork for the Tap’d Division
  • Help General Manager with daily and monthly administrative work
  • Additional ad hoc administrative support as needed


  • 2+ Years Prior Accounting Experience Required
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, NetSuite (or similar ERP software), Adobe PDF, Dropbox (or similar cloud-based filing system) & Google Docs
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Hourly rate, based on experience
  • Full Time
